The G1114124001 Outdoor Telecom Equipment Cabinet is mainly used in wireless communication base station, such as communication/network integrated service, 4G/5G system, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

3. Cabinet Description

3.1 Cabinet Structure And Material

The cabinet is equipment cabinet, including 19” equipment mounting frame, with an air conditioner and fans on the door of the cabinet .

The cabinet is made of galvanized steel, with double walls, the thickness of cabinet which the outer plate is 1.5mm and inner plate is 0.8mm . There is heat insulation between inner wall and outer wall. The insulation material is 20mm PEF. The cabinet is assembled type.

3.2 Cabinet Door and Lock

The cabinet door adopts embedded structure. The door opening angle is more than 110°and the door threshold device can limit the opening angle. The lock is anti-theft three point lock, supporting padlock. Each cabinet door is equipped with an open door sensor, working with the environmental monitoring unit.

4.1 The outdoor cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof.

4.2 The cabinet cool using air conditioner and fans.

4.3 Equipped with -48VDC illumination lighting.

4.4 The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which facilitating cable access, fixing and grounding. At the bottom of the cabinet, there are entry holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.

4.5 All the cables, sealing and heat insulation used in the cabinet are made of flame retardant materials.

4.6 The cabinet includes 19” standard mounting rack.

4.7 Material: high quality galvanized steel

4.8 Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.

4.9 Cabinet load bearing: ≥600kg

4.10 Ingress protection: IP55

4.11 Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A

4.12 Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.

4.13 Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).

4.14 Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body is not less than 3000V(DC)/1min.

5. Components Installation

5.1 LED lamp, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet.

5.2 Air Conditioner and fans are installed on the door of the cabinet.

6. Cable Inlet

Feeder cable and other external cables are accessed at the bottom of cabinet.

7. Grounding Protection

• The cabinet is equipped grounding copper bar with anticorrosive coating. There are enough screws for wiring terminals.
• The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected to the grounding bar. The connection resistance between any two points is less than 0.1Ω.
• Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.

8. Anti-theft Design

8.1 Anti-theft design of door lock

• Three point lock

• Damage resistance of the antitheft lock meets GA/T 73-1994 “Mechanical Anti-theft Lock” class B requirement, supporting padlock.

8.2 Connection and Fastening

(1) Anti-loosing thread is used as structure and bearing connection. The anchor bolts for fixed cabinet are hot dip galvanized bolts.

(2) Door hinges use inner hinge mode.

8.3 Appearance and Surface Treatment

Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
