1. GPE48150G System Configuration
The system consists of distribution unit, rectifier module (1
min.,5 set max.) and monitoring module. The configuration is
optional, as following table:

2. Operating Principle
AC mains is first input AC-INPUT MCB and then fed into the
rectifier module after the SPD and EMI filtering. AC-INPUT acts as
protection to over load and short circuit to AC power. The
LOAD1-,LOAD2-,LOAD3-,LOAD4-,LOAD5- link in series to 2 power-off
contactors KM1,KM2.The user’s battery is connected to the DC output
side through MCB BAT and KM2, and the MCB provides disconnection
control, over-load and short-circuit protection to the battery.
Under normal conditions, every parameter of rectifier modules and
distribution unit are controlled by the monitoring module,
operating according to the pre-set parameter or user’s commands. If
AC mains fault, the battery will power to the system. With the
battery discharge, the terminal voltage of the battery starts to
descend. When the voltage is under -47V±0.5V, the monitor reports
DC under voltage alarm signal and when the voltage is under
-46.0V±0.5V (adjustable), the KM1cuts off LOAD3-,LOAD4-,LOAD5- and
retaining power to LOAD1-,LOAD2-. If the voltage drops to
-43.0V±0.5V (adjustable), the KM2 will cut off output of
LOAD1-,LOAD2- and then the power system will stop working. If the
external AC mains recovers, the system will normally work again.
(All above monitoring data are system default values and can be
reset by user).
Except for battery over-discharge protection, battery or load
over-temperature protection is prohibitive under default setting,
users can send command to activate or inactivate according to the
demanding. To avoid the thunder and thunder surge pulse current
break the power system, and match to the thunder protection module
ideally, we must load decoupler on output port independently or
keep some length cable.

Notes: (1) when the system working temperature at 55℃～65℃,the rectifier
power automatic derating; when 65℃, 176~280 Vac range capable of
long-term regulated output at least 80% rated power； (2) when 55 ℃ ,the rectifiers can be output maximum power and
normal operation, not over temperature protection and parts stress
meet the requirements.； (3) Because of the characteristics of liquid crystal, liquid
crystal work beyond the temperature range, the screen may appear
bright or dark no display case; (4) A large number of dust entering the rectifiers, may cause
internal short circuit and over temperature protection. Therefore,
in the dust more places, please note that dust control measures,
and regular cleaning dust-proof net and the rectifiers internal
dust.. |
